Chocolate Mint Maca Smoothie


Here's a healthy recipe which can make a great breakfast, pre-workout, or even dessert smoothie.



Ingredients

1 cup almond milk
1 cup kale
¼ avocado
3 dates, pitted
1 tablespoon (15mL) cacao powder
1 teaspoon maca powder
1–2 drops doTERRA Spearmint oil
I always like to add a scoop of unsweetened, unflavoured, protein powder to my smoothies!

Instructions

Combine ingredients minus essential oil in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add essential oil to taste.
